75 Years of Rugby in Forfar

March 2008 will see Strathie celebrate 75 years.

This part of the website will be developed to let everybody know what plans there are for the celebrations.

Dates for the Diary

April 12th 2008

The first game Strathie ever played was against Aberdeen Grammer, this date is currently scheduled for the men from the Granite City to return to Inchmacoble Park.

 

24th May 2008

There will be a dinner to celebrate 75 years of Strathmore Rugby Football Club in the Reid Hall, there will only be 200 places at the dinner which it is hoped will have some interesting speakers from the world of Rugby past and present.

The dinner will also see the launch of a limited edition book detailing the history of the club.  This book is currently being researched, if you have any newspaper clippings related to the club please contact us by e-mailing here
